TRAINING METHODS AND TOOLS
Our method differs from “classic” entrepreneurship courses, as we offer young students a unique blend of education, fun, interactive, hands-on experiential workshops that you can’t find anywhere else, focusing on strengthening their entrepreneurial mindset and creativity.
Students learn what it means to extend their interests and passions outside the classroom as they solve real-world problems.
We will teach students the fundamental tools and experience they need to start their own business and to succeed in the implementation of any kind of project.
We will provide them the skillset they need to become true innovators and leaders of their generation.
We also believe that mentorship is critical to teach and train the next generation of entrepreneurs. That’s why we only work with “pracademics “ (combination of “practical” and “academic”), experienced entrepreneurs with teaching ability for our programs. These mentors offer career and academic guidance and advice, as well as networking opportunities.
Preparation based on games, debate, reading, videos and experience sharing by entrepreneurs.
Introduction to basic knowledge and skills in courses using practical examples of start-ups.
Group presentation of commercial ideas and business plan
Development of the business plan in group discussions
Teamwork in small groups for in-depth analysis of student’s start-up projects.
Oral presentation "PITCH" and arguments for a project / analysis

At the beginning of the program, we will help each student to discover their potential through a tool allowing them to a deep questioning on their competence and their goals. What is THEIR personal value proposition?
It will help them find their own path in life and decide on their career orientation.
During this course, students brainstorm in teams to simulate the launching of their own company, conduct customer research and competitive analysis, and build a real-life business model, which answers perfectly the customer needs they identified.
On the final day, students will have achieve their written Business Plan and will get to pitch their value proposition to a selected panel — a vital skill they’ll need for future business success.
Innov-Entrepreneurs shares the entrepreneurial mindset through three different complementary format :
1) Innov-Entrepreneurs workshop (1semester-1year)
The adequate format to benefit from the whole program.
The workshop takes place minimum 1h our each week, starting September or January Depending on the number of hours chosen, it can last between a semester to a year long. Limited to 15 students/workshop.

2) Innov-Entrepreneurs immersion Camp (1week)
1 week camp during the school holidays. Limited to 15 students/camp
Each morning students will brainstorm on the innovation opportunities of the activity sector of the day and elaborate their value proposition.
Each afternoon, they will meet an entrepreneur or intrapreneur from the activity sector of the day and exchange with him on their value proposition.

3) Innov-Entrepreneurs day / Junior startup day (1day) Free !
1 afternoon or morning dedicated to entrepreneurship. Unlimited number of students. 1coach/5 students. The children will brainstorm on innovation opportunities and elaborate their value proposition after achieving their market studies live.
